Shipping policy

Please note: The item you're ordering most likely doesn't exist right now; there aren’t boxes of wallets on a shelf or watchbands in some warehouse. Your order is hand crafted: cut from a leather hide, laser engraved, hand stitched, and boxed up into a FFFantastic package by the same couple people who made it.

So when does it actually show up?

  • Roughly 7 business days to make it. That's our typical bench time before your order leaves the studio. Sales, holidays, and unusually ambitious custom work push it longer. Sometimes the leather cooperates and it's faster.
  • Then transit time on top of that, which depends entirely on the shipping method you choose.
  • Checkout does this math for you. Enter your address and you'll get a real delivery estimate based on current production time and live carrier data. That number is more accurate than anything written on this page, so believe it over us.
  • Working against a deadline? Email FFF@formfunctionform.com before you order. We'll tell you honestly whether your date is doable rather than let you find out the hard way.

International customers: We highly recommend DHL, FedEx, or UPS options for your order for their speed and reliability.

speedy delivery, y'all

YES, they cost more up front. YES, it's worth it for the increased reliability, speed, and tracking, ESPECIALLY for international packages. Don't rely on a government employee to get to it whenever they get a chance to (which is how it can be with the cheaper economy shipping option).

We do offer cheaper economy shipping (delivered by your country's government mail service), but know that your order may be delayed in customs for weeks (or months, though that's rare). And also please know that if you select economy shipping we can not help track your package in any way. It's not that I don't want to, it's that the post office will not give any additional information due to union rules.

I'm not exactly saying that government customs agents moonlight at the Zootopia department of motor vehicles...but...
